Refund Policy

BASE ERP provides a 15 days free trial after successful Email OTP verification so that users can evaluate the Task Manager module before purchasing a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions, renewals, plan upgrades and extra user purchases are generally non-refundable once activated, unless a duplicate payment, technical billing error or failed activation is confirmed.

For refund review, users should contact BASE ERP with firm name, registered email, payment reference, payment date and reason for request. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed channel.

Razorpay payment configuration is currently kept on hold until final payment testing and activation.
