Privacy Policy

BASE ERP collects information required to operate the SaaS platform, including firm details, user details, email, mobile number, address, task records, client records, OTP logs, audit logs and communication consent records.

Email OTP verification is mandatory. Mobile or WhatsApp OTP is currently not mandatory and is disabled by default. Mobile numbers may still be stored for contact, service communication and future verified workflows.

Data is stored with tenant-wise separation so that one firm cannot access another firm's records through normal application access. Platform Super Admin users may access operational records for support, security, billing and administration.

SMTP, Razorpay and WhatsApp/WABA credentials are managed through environment variables and admin settings. Marketing messages are sent only where consent is available.
